  • Type and specs of your device, what apps you have, unique identifiers, and your browsing info.

  • Info from your device's sensors and about your internet connection, like your phone number and network strength.

Contacts and Camera Access

We might ask to access your contacts and your device’s camera and microphone,

but only with your permission.

In X-Lit, we want you to enjoy the moment. That's why most of the pictures you send are deleted from our servers after they're opened or they expire. This happens automatically unless you've changed your settings or saved them. X-posés, on the other hand, are kept for a longer time.

We hold on to other information for a more extended period. This includes your basic account details, like your name, phone number, email, and friends list, until you tell us to delete them. The length of time we keep your location info depends on how detailed it is and which of our services you use. For example, if your location is linked to an x-posé, you’ve saved or shared on our map or public features, we'll keep that location info as long as we have the x-posé. 

If you decide to stop using X-Lit, just let us know, and we can delete your account. We'll also get rid of most of the info we have about you if you haven't been active for a while.

It's important to remember that we aim to delete things on schedule, but sometimes it might take longer. We might need to keep data for legal reasons or if there's a report of misuse. In some cases, we might also keep certain information in backup for a limited time or as required by law.

Manage Your Information

We believe you should have control over your information. Here’s how you can manage it:

Access and Edit Your Info

In the App: You can look at and change most of your basic info right in our app.

Changing Permissions

In the App or Device Settings: You can withdraw the permissions you’ve given us. Just know that some features might not work as well without these permissions. If you don’t want our promotional messages, you can opt-out using the unsubscribe link in the messages.

Deleting Your Account

If you ever want to leave X-Lit, you can delete your account. You can also remove certain info from the app, like your profile picture.

Ad Preferences

We show ads we think you’ll like. If you want to change the info we use to pick these ads, you can do that in the app or your device settings.

Managing Communications

In the settings, you can choose who sees your x-posés, who can send you x-posés, and even block people if you need to. 

International Data Transfers

We sometimes need to move your personal information across borders. This means we might collect, send, store, and handle your data in the United States and other countries outside where you live. We always make sure there are proper safeguards in place when we do this, especially when we share your data with third parties in other countries.

Your Local Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you might have specific privacy rights. For instance, people in California, the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, Brazil, South Korea, and other places have certain rights under their local laws. 

Who Our Services Are For

Our services aren’t meant for anyone under 13. That's why we don't knowingly gather personal info from anyone under this age. For users under 18, we might limit how we collect, use, and keep their information, which could affect some features for these users.
